Agility & Transformation
When categorizing well known problems into boxes is no longer promising, we need to increase our decision making capability.
This involves: a higher degree of experimentation, playfulness and tolerance for ambiguity.
“It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change” -Charles Darwin
The 3 levels of agility:
- Resilience: overcoming challenges
- Versatility: overcoming challenges and creating new ways
- Transformation: overcoming challenges, creating new ways and leading the new path
Overall agility needs two things a dynamic capability (speed and responsiveness) and stability (the foundation of the Self).
